I was very pleased when I purchased this book. Not only did the book go over your standard canning like pickles and vegetables, but it included soups and stews, meats, jams, and more. I was really into the cinnamon watermelon pickles and blackberry jam in this book. Great book for a beginner or more advanced canner.

Me and my family have always wanted to get into canning and thought this book was really helpful in breaking everything down for us. The recipes were pretty awesome too as we look forward to trying a bunch this weekend. Really cool book!

Good to begin with as this book contains all the necessary information and guidance for canning and preserving. I have already read other book on the same topic but this one is amazing. Recommended

This is a cookbook about canning by Alex Wild. It's for beginners. There is a very good section with a variety of salsa recipes that I like.
