He was born on September 20, 1965 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese manga artist, who is well known for his manga Jiraishin. As of March 2006, he is currently married and has one child. His alias is Ichigo Nekota.

He was once a guest lecturer at Ritsumeikan University back in 1998, giving a talk on "Expression".

Nihei Tsutomu and Sato Shuho used to be his assistants.

El dibujo ha mejorado mucho en 10 años, es interesante que te cuenten la historia de la guardiana y que solo se centre en una muerte, pero lo he sentido más flojillo :(

Very Different from other Sky High Series as this one is focused on one story unlike many short ones as is the case with it's predecessor. Also the role of Gate Keeper has been minimal in the first volume. This is more a horror/curse breaking story. Liking the way plot is building up.
The Art starts of as neat and fun type with lots of white in the background and happy faces, by the end of the volume goes back to trade mark Takahashi - Grim and Dark. Like this shift in art as the story progresses.
