Lip-lek-lekker en so maklik om te maak. No comopicated recipes with difficult to find ingredients. My favourite is the traditional choc chip cookies. Next to try is the brazil nut biscotti.
I'm not sure where we got this book, but it's one my kids seem to gravitate toward. It has never really appealed to me though since the cookies on the cover all seem like the type that would be tedious to make. However, I was proved wrong when I finally pulled the book off the shelf and found many of the recipes have short ingredient lists and relatively simple instructions. Jacqueline Bellefontaine also includes a nice introduction about baking basics. I made the Spicy Buttermilk Cookies and found them to be easy to make with an unusual flavor that was quite good.
this actually is a pretty good cookbook. at least, the cookies i've made have been pretty good so far. there aren't pictures for every cookie though, so that pisses me off a little....
