We are back into hockey. This one was cute fun, and if you need a quick read!

Leia has a job to do by her best friend it's follow her new boyfriend to see if he's being sketchy and he is. But before she can get more proof, she walks into the wrong locker room and sees Colter Nude!! And boy, what a site! He's already smitten and wants her he also wants to know what type of thing she's doing so she doesn't get hurt.

So they work together on the story they play spy, get closer and fall even more in love. They find out what the bf is doing, and they'll try to stop him! Things get more messy from that, but it works out in the end!

We also see the guys, and I can't wait to see who they fall in love with.

No ow/om drama, no cheating, slight secondary character, tiny drama, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore

Quick and short read. Romcom with some suspense. Leia and Colter met at his team's locker. She was snooping for a story and he happened to be ejected from the game. It was of course, insta-lust/insta-love. He pursued her and came along with her stalking a potential bookie who was organizing an illegal bet on Hockey plays.

There's a push and pull but Colter is determined to make Leia his, and he doesn't deter from his attempts and he tries to stay with her as much as he can.

It was fun seeing them together and doing their own investigation. Also, the spicy scenes are 🔥 Ms. Rose never fails to write good steamy scenes. And I'm here for it.

Overall, this is a good read. I had fun cuz it was a romcom but also intrigued by the added suspense of the running investigation. Anyway, it ended in HEA (as always and should be 😂) and an epilogue with 5 years later (married and with 3 kids)

OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.

Colter and Leia met when she accidentally walks into the Falcons locker room and he's standing naked. Leia is trying to get a story about illegal betting in sports and is looking for the opposite team's locker room. Leia just seen one of the other players handing over money to a bookie. When Leia walks into the locker room she doesn't realize Colter was ejected from the game. Colter wants to know why Leia is doing in the locker room and she tells him it was an accident. Colter can't help but watch as Leia checks him out, and he wants to know if she likes what she sees. As Colter is checking out Leia he pulls her close to him and kisses her. The security guard checks in on Colter and sees him with Leia in his arms. Leia rushes out of the locker room before Colter can find out what she's up to. The next day Colter finds out he's suspended and will be missing the next game. Colter played a trick on one of his teammates Miles Allie's Enforcer is blackmailed into going to the bookstore. Colter finds all kinds of information about Leia from Miles. Colter heads to Leia's workplace, she pulls her best friend into the break room with her to avoid him. Colter goes to Leia's boss and tells him he's helping her story. Leia tells Colter she doesn't him helping her she's trying to fly under the radar and he's a big hockey player. Leia tells Colter about the meeting she took pictures of and why she thinks he was ejected from the game. Leia was watching her best friend's boyfriend when she caught him exchanging money with another player from the other team. Leia tells Colter to go home and he tells her he's not giving up on her. Colter goes and camps out outside of Leia's office, then gives a call to Reid Oral Arguments. Colter wants to talk to Reid's wife, he needs to talk to someone about the illegal betting. Colter is put in touch with Dillon Dillon's Heart the sheriff of SSF. Soon Leia taps on Colter's window scaring him, he puts her in his truck and he drives off. Leia goes through Colter's glove box looking at his things. Leia tells Colter to head to the bookstore, she can't help but play with him. Leia knows about what happened to him and Miles. So Colter explains to Leia what happened. Colter and Leia start to tail one of the bookies she is looking into. Leia asks Colter about playing hockey and finds out some very useful information. Colter and Leia head to the sheriff's department to talk to Dillon about what they found out. Colter pulls Leia out of his truck then she kisses him. When Leia arrives Dillon tells her she should have told him she was in town, he wants to know when a Marsh sister arrives in town. Colter finds out that Leia's one of five sisters and she has a brother Garrett Garrett's Obsession. Dillon asks Leia if Razor Razor's Flame knows she's hanging around Colter. Leia and Colter tell Dillon about what they have found out about the bookie they are tailing. Dillon promises to look into them and let them know what he finds out. Colter then takes Leia to his home, she tells him she wants to go home with him. Colter remembers he doesn't have much to eat so he orders takeout. When they arrive at his home, Colter pulls Leia into his lap and pleasures her. After their pizza is delivered Colter takes Leia to his bedroom where he pleasures her then they make love. While they are eating Leia gets a message from her friend telling her that her boyfriend/ bookie wants to have dinner with her. Colter suggests they all have dinner together. Colter tells Leia he has a plan to see if he can bait her best friend's boyfriend. Colter and Leia stick around until after her best friend's boyfriend leaves. Colter's plan doesn't work, but he tried to get as much information out of him as he could. Colter and Leia head to bed he tells her he loves her and she tells him she loves him. The next few days pass in a blur, Colter and Leia spend as much time together as they can. When Leia heads home Dillon calls her with some information she's shocked to get. Colter calls Leia and tells her he just got an interesting phone call from the bookie. Colter is going to met up with the bookie and wants Leia to be there. Leia tells Colter she's going to shower then will be at the rink. When Leia is done showering she's getting ready and the front door opens, she assumes it's Colter. Leia finds her best friend's boyfriend/bookie walking towards her, so she turns on her recording device inside her purse. Leia tries to play dumb but he catches onto her and wants to know why she's been tailing him. Leia lets him know she knows about the betting she tries to leave but he grabs her. Before Leia knows it someone comes in and knows the guy off of her. When Leia gets up she realizes it's Colter and Dillon. After Colter punches the guy he checks to make sure Leia is alright. Dillon arrest the guy and soon Leia's best friend comes to make sure she's alright. Colter misses the game but he gets a pass after he called the coach to explain what happened. Colter met all of Leia's sisters and brother Garrett at the police station when she gave her statement. Later in bed, Colter asks Leia to marry him and she tells him yes. Five years later, Leia asks Colter for help with her next story but he tells her hell no, she's pregnant with their third child. Colter now coaches at college in Houston he retired about a year ago. Their oldest son is Drake and youngest Sutton, Leia is going to have a girl in a few months. Everyday Colter and Leia are happy, everyday is an adventure and every night a dream come true. Every single day gets better and better Colter will make sure of it.

You might remember the last book I read, Garrett’s Obsession. I just read and reviewed it. It's a story about Coach Garrett Marsh and well this book happens to be bout one of his baby sisters. In the last book, he talks about how the three of them were going to be the death of him. And that no man was good enough for them. In the last book, he might have changed his tune about his brother-in-law since he was a big help in protecting his girl. So, it's not far fetch for me to say that this family doesn’t like calm and boring.

Leia Marsh is a reporter seeking out a story she got the tip from her roommate. In reality, she just graduated with a degree in journalism and moved to Silver Spoon Falls. When her friend, Elysa, said she is dating this new guy that odd vibes. His name is, Gavin Cochran, and he tells everyone he’s into investing. She's certain he’s got something to do with illegal gambling. Hence, putting someone she knows on the case, who will not let it go until she gets, to its roots.

What she doesn't count on is the first time she attends a game she catches, Gavin meeting with, Jimmy Brinks from, the Timberwolves when they were in town. She chalked it up to a coincidence, that is until she also caught him meeting with, Bruce Gordon, before the game that very night of the game. This time, she was prepared she gets pictures of, Gavin handing, Bruce a fat wad of cash. They're in cahoots.

With all the fighting going on out on the ice, she figure she would do a little snooping. However, she was not the sports fan in the family that would be her brother, although, hockey fans she could rock with. So, knowing her way around a stadium, let alone the places her press pass would normally never get her into anyway, is not good. When she sneaks past the guard, she kinda hurries into what she thought would be the Stingray’s locker room.

Boy! Oh! Boy, she was wrong. What she sees before her, on the floor is a huge Falcon, and it’s decked out in blue and white. The other thing she notices is that it looks like a bomb went off in it. Then she hears, ‘Who the F--k! But nope, it’s Silver Spoon Falcon’s own number 88, Colter Bayliss the one, Bruce Gordon of, the Stingrays was gunning for all night. How could that be? He was just on the ice, and now he is standing there in front of her with nothing but, a tattoo.

All she can say is, “Where did you come from?” Checking her out thoroughly as he says, "Shouldn't I be the one asking you that?" She tells him she got lost. Then ask how in just ten minutes he went from being on the ice to there naked. Then quickly asks about the mess. She asks him to dress he says no. When he tells her he was ejected for instigating. He says the ref decided he had enough of him attacking, Gordon. Maybe the ref can get his head out of, Bruce Gordon's a$$ to see clearly that Gordon started the fights. He smiles and says at least they agree on something.

But, when he engulfs her in his arms and starts kissing her neck to get the information he’s after, she is not happy. During this exchange is when the guard decides to pop his head in to check on, Colter. She pulled no punches saying being naked with puck bunnies is normal in the locker room. It may help his image, but it doesn't hers. She’s there to do a job. Leave her alone and let her do it. By giving the guard the idea, Leia is only a puck bunny, she’s beyond pissed. She tells him to stay away from her. But he can’t she's it for him and it is driving him crazy knowing she was looking for, Gordon. See how they make it work. It is fast and funny. But this author can make it get dicey, to where you fear for Leia.

Leia is in her early 20's I think, virgin, sassy, snoops around and is tasked to figure out if her bestie's boyfriend is gambling with bookies. (The reveal of what happens in sports gambling is interesting!)
Leia snoops around the lockers and finds herself face to face with a 6'4 naked Colton. They just stare, she looks at him an grumbles why does he have to be God's favorite, and he looks at his future wife. I love insta love, it is love at first sight, and my, does she see EVERYTHING! He won't even cover himself! He just lets his dick get hard and sway when he walks towards her. He can't help himself, and insinuates that she must be a puck bunny. He says that out of jealousy thinking she was here to fuck another player. She yells at him, and tries to get away. When he tracks her down he inserts himself in her investigation, and now they investigate together, and banter all the time. And let the shenanigans commence!
It was good, very sweet. Colton is all in, he is just the grab-her-kiss-her-grumbling-in-her-ear that-he-will-chase-her-down-if-she-runs, type and I LIVE for heroes like him! Leia is sassy, and her mouth gets her in trouble, she can really spit out quips back an sass back, she is snoopy and curious and Colton loves every bit of her. She is falling fast in love, but is afraid to be heartbroken, so she pretends not to like him, even though she in the same sentence says that,'fine she does like him'! It is so sweet their banter, but when Colton sees that she is serious, he is serious too and promises her that he will never hurt her. He knows when it is time to make sure his woman knows this is forever and he is full steam ahead, she just needs to get on board.
I enjoyed it, it was a fun read and I recommend it!

Leia is a reporter and when her bestie, Elysa asks her to verify if her boyfriend, Gavin is a bookie she agrees. She witnesses Gavin exchanging an envelope full of cash with an opposing team’s hockey player so she is sure he is a bookie. She uses her press pass to try and sneak into the dirty player’s locker room to find evidence. But she takes a wrong turn and ends up in the home team’s locker room and comes face to face with a very hot, very naked hockey god. Colter is surprised to see a woman in the locker room, he has been ejected from the game and is pissed but seeing Leia he’s forgotten his anger and is drawn to her. It’s love at first sight for him, they banter back and forth and he touches her. She is very attracted to him and can’t resist his touches. They get interrupted by a security guard and she flees.
Colter tracks her down at her job and tells her boss they are working on a story together. She’s irritated with him but secretly thrilled. She tells him a little about Gavin and they follow him. They figure out Gavin is paying dirty players to get good players in trouble so they can’t play and lose the game. So, they formulate a plan for Colter to act like he needs money and get Gavin to implicate himself by paying Colter to take out a rival team’s player. They go talk to sheriff Dillon who agrees to look into Gavin.
Leia and Colter can’t resist each other and end up at his house for sexy times. Colter is a dirty taker that offers praise which our girl loves. They are so cute and hot together. She’s a virgin, he’s been celibate a while. I loves yous soon follow.
They think they have Gavin where they want him but it’s the other way around, Colter is getting ready for his game at the arena when Leia arrives home, Gavin comes over and things get tense. Thankfully Leia is able to record their conversation which has Gavin admitting to the bounty on certain players, he goes to attack Leia when she blurts out she knows everything. She is a fighter and fights him. Colter having a gut feeling about Leia needing him rushes home, he arrives right after sheriff Dillion and he saves Leia. Lots of I loves you and a proposal. Epilogue five years later with Colter retired from hockey and now is a coach. They have two sons and she is pregnant with their daughter.

Leia is a reporter writing a story about illegal sports betting and while at a hockey game she runs into Colten. Immediately their back and forths are sweet and funny. The relationship between the two develops quickly, it's a Nichole Rose book after all. With the topic of the story Leia is writing being so dangerous there is some action and suspense. I love that Leia keeps her feistiness and heart. A good quick read!

This was everything! I absolutely loved Colter and Leia. Their meet-cute was hilarious. I smiled so much throughout. They were adorable together. Colter was brazen from the start. Leia was a total badass. She was devoted to getting her story. Colter was determined to help her and keep her safe. We had the wonderful couple with the crazy chemistry and we had a mystery to solve. Then we had added humor from the rest of the team. I love that the tentacle "thing" still has traction. Then we also have his nicknames for her. Holy. Smoke balls. Colter was dreamy. I loved absolutely every single bit of their story. But I'm not surprised. Nichole is phenomenal. ❤️❤️

Leia Marsh just graduated with a degree in journalism and just moved to Silver Spoon Falls to be closer to her sisters. Her roommate Elysa started dating Gavin Cochran. He’s supposedly in investing but Elysa thinks he is involved in illegal gambling. Leia is going to investigate it for Elysa.

Leia is at the hockey game and goes to snoop in the Falcons locker room. Colter got ejected from the game and is in the locker room naked when Leia comes in the door. She won’t tell Colter why she is snooping around. Colter is determined to find out so he can spend more time with Leia and help her if he can.

Will Leia and Colter get the evidence they need against Gavin? Will Colter win Leia’s heart?

Leia and Colter were perfect together and it truly was a Rom-com! Colter was such a dichotomy of big kid prankster energy and alpha possessive male. Leia was so sassy and hilarious and full of adventure and the two of them together was a crazy and yet perfect match. There were twists and suspense and steam all while the two main characters had you laughing at their antics. It really had it all! It followed the no OW/OM drama, no cheating, virgin FMC, 5 year epilogue, and insta love that Nichole writes so well. Definitely a great addition to the series! Can’t wait to read the next one and all of the side characters upcoming books as well!

Colton comes across Leia after he's canned at one of his hockey games. Setting eyes on her leaves him feeling things he's never felt before. She's his perfect match, he soon realizes.

Leia is snooping to gather information and evidence for a story when she's face to face with the gorgeous Colton. What she immediately feels isn't something she can describe at first. When her story leads open up some unsavory issues, Leia must face the enemy.

Colton arrives to rescue her, but she's gotten in a few good licks at the villain!

This is a quick read with a lot of heat between this couple. I truly enjoyed this read 📚!

From Colter & Leila’s first interaction in that hockey locker room I was absolutely hooked on their story. The dialogue between these two was top notch and dare I say it, just as good as the steamy scenes. 😉I loved every aspect of this book, and I think Colter and Leia are my favorite couple in Silver Spoon Falls. I really enjoyed these characters that much, and I’d recommend picking up any or all books in this small town where if your drinking the water you might find yourself landing a soulmate pretty soon.

Leia has a knack for situations, its no wonder Colter calls her trouble. Looking into her bestie's boyfriend, she is trying to crack a case for her newspaper. She never expected to walk into the locker room for the local hockey team and see a giant player naked. Colter certainly never pictured meeting the woman meant for him while he was wearing nothing but a scowl. 2.5 seconds after he sees her, he is a total goner. Now he just has to make her his in every single way. This was a fast paced, hotter than summer in July romance; I couldn't put it down!

Colton is the handsome work hard hockey player and Leia is a journalist hot on the trail of a story about corruption in the league! Leia and Colton are funny, sexy, sweet, and on a mission. They have a laugh out loud meet cute in the locker room of all places and they soon find themselves unable to walk away from one another. Leia may also find herself knee deep in a story she that is so much more than she ever thought! Now with the help of a few friends and Colton they may just get the dirt and more!!

Colter and Leia’s story starts out with quite the surprise. The way they push one another’s buttons is quiet funny. The second they saw one another that was it. Colter is determined to make her fall in love with him. Leia is trying to investigate her story and somehow ends up with Colter helping. The Snoop and her Hockey Player

Holy Hockey Puck this was a fun read! It has all the elements I love in a romance. Compelling characters, a fantastic meet-cute, and chemistry up the wazoo! Bonus points for adding a touch of intrigue into the mix.

Leia is hilarious and Colter is filthy-mouth hot. You’ll fall into their snare immediately.

This was an absolutely fantastic instalove romance. It was really well written and had a great pace. Leia and Colter had a hilarious meet cute and I simply loved the banter between them. The storyline was entertaining and had a little excitement. I’m loving this hockey addition to the Silver Spoon Falls world and I can’t wait for the next one.

I loved Leia and Colter. Leia cracked me up with her super strong personality and stubborn attitude. Colter meanwhile was the best kind of alpha marshmallow. I loved how he was with Leia. This one moved fast for me. We get Leia who is on a mission to get a story about sports betting and a bad bookie. We also have Colter who is just here to play hockey and protect his women. They have the best meet cute in the locker room and go from zero to sixty. Loved it.

We met Colter in the previous book, but here we get to see a whole new growly, possessive, Alpha side and I love that whilst he worries about Leia and hates her being in danger, he doesn't actually try to stop her investigating...he just joins her on the crazy ride! These Silver Spoon Falcons are falling hard and fast, brought to their knees by the strong, sassy and curvy women who are their soul mates. I loved it and read it on Kindle Unlimited.

Colter and Leia are just it for me this might be my favorite couple in the series so far. That first interaction is a little spicy and keeps you invested without giving away to much. But when they finally do get to the point of diving into something serious. It's so lovely the build up. When you wish for the book boyfriend or husband in Nichole Rose books.

Colter joins her, even though he wasn’t asked, because he wants to spend time with Leia. It’s a fun story with a teeny tiny bit of suspense.

This was hilarious, well written and fun! Leia is a journalist looking into a betting scandal. She sneaks into the Falcons locker room and finds a naked Colter! Colter is in love at first sight and determined to make Leia his and keep her safe. Great story with amazing chemistry, fun, laugh out loud banter, a mystery to solve, a sassy heroine, a growly, protective hero and a wonderful HEA

Another great addition to Silver Spoon Falls (just remember to not drink the water). Leia and Colter were terrific and I liked the plot for this story. Their relationship was terrific and I loved how Colter protected her but still supported her and her job. Plenty of steam with a great ending.

Another must read!!

Leia and Colter were just perfect. Theres a bit of drama, but no angst in the relationship, that was pretty much smooth sailing, Colter certainly wasn't letting her get away for a second. Leia was sweet and He found her sassy and adorable. Lots of heat and heart. I could just stay in Silver Spoon falls forever🤍 Definitely recommend!!
