Board Book, with rounded edges and soft cover for the youngest readers. It has beautiful pictures, and makes you think of spring. Children love the textures of glitter, and soft pillowed front. It talks about chores like spring cleaning, and shows baby animals, and flowers blooming.

This children's book has the most beautiful pictures! The rhyming was ok, but I would buy it just for the pictures!

MOMMY: I love this illustrations in this book which are both soft and cheerful at the same time. This book is a great read aloud for the littlest ones and plenty of interesting, but not overwhelming, illustrations for older kids to look at. It highlights a lot of things we think of in spring, like growing, nesting, cleaning, playing, and even storming.

PEANUT: 3 1/2 yrs old. He loves the little bits of texture and glitter found on the pages. Those bits highlight things like raindrops, flowers or butterfly wings and are always fun to find on the page. There are lots of different animal characters and interesting things to look at. We spend a lot of time looking at the pages and talking about what everyone is up to.

Spring brings rain showers, new babies, spring cleaning and pretty flowers. All of the animals in this small community are preparing for spring. They know that when the snow melts seedlings grow, birds chirp, families spring clean and kids play.

Run outside. Seek and hide.
Kick and hop. Never stop! It is playing time.

Parents will love this happy tale of spring. Young readers will love this sturdy board book with raised sparkling glitter on insects, flowers, and water. Little ones can learn what types of animals, plants and insects are celebrating spring through vibrant colorful images. Simple sentences also make for a quick and easy read.
