Very Informative and includes lots of tasty-looking recipes. I learned about intrauterine programming and how everything I eat affects the baby's development and could program her future propensity for certain conditions, like diabetes. It's a bit stressful to think about, and I should really remind myself of this the next time I'm craving that cookie in front of me or a scoop of ice cream...

I won this book in the GIVEAWAY section.

I am currently pregnant with my second child and not only do I have PCOS I did develop GD with both my pregnancies. This book not only offers a decent look into eating Low GI which is very good for someone like me who is currently pregnant but the same advice can be given for after the child is born. There is no sure for PCOS as of now but diet like to other health problems can be a great asset. I will be recommending this book to a lot of PCOS women!
