Franchi's view not only covers the daily basis problems of working with communication and media but also explores different solutions and raise questions about the current status of media organizations. A carreer changer for me.

Wonderful scrapbook, beautiful book. Some text is superfluous, but it is set and designed in such a way that you can read it on 3 different levels - skim, speed read and read in depth.
Full of handy tips and wonderful inspirations. Although it feels that some examples are out of date (I mean, we've all heard of 'Snowdrift" in NYT), the value of the content will raise as it becomes a document of a particular approach to an evolving medium.
