Over-rated! It's masked as a romance/erotic novel, but doesn't have a depth in her character development.
the theme BDSM is a distraction, at best, from all the lack of plots & complexities in her characters.

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. It was okay, but certainly didn't live up to the hype regarding the "erotica." I've read bodice-ripper books that have more sexual tension than this. I suppose I'll have to read the other two books to find out what happens though.

I didn't see what all the hype was over this book...I could not even finish it. I wouldn't call myself a prude, but I think it was just a tad-bit overdone. I decline to read the rest of the series!

I think I enjoyed reading this more then listening to it. The narrator kinda got on my nerves and It made it seem much more juvenile then it was due to the tone of her voice
