It was a good read......very informative and helped me better understand the body and mind workings related to food, exercise, meditation and good health. I felt it was an advertisement for greens+ but if it works, I may try it. I want to feel better and happier........a lot of concepts to consider but I will try to incorporate as many as I can......to be a wise elder.
