This is a very well researched and well-written book with a lot of insights for how to run a talent management system at a large organization. I was looking for more tactical advice while reading this book I was disappointed to find that a little lacking.

Read this book for a class.

Over all the information was useful. It did lack the details needed in some of the chapters to provide a full understanding of what was being done by the organizations to achieve success.
