Elllery and Max sneak downstairs into the den with their sleeping bags and flashlights for their nightly storytime, but the book is about pirates and the stormy night makes it a little bit spooky!

This is a wonderfully exciting book for children. The story is so well thought out and written, and the illustrations - which are amazing - add that special shivery touch to the dramatic story. Very enjoyable.
