Yay! I won a copy of this book in the Goodreads' First Reads giveaway!! Thank you to Constance Smith, the author, for listing this book as a giveaway, and thank you to Goodreads for selecting me as a winner and for having such awesome books in the First Reads' giveaways!!!!

I'm a painter, but I have not worked on my art in a long time. All of my paintings were lost in a "storage incident" a few years ago, and all of the newer paintings were not yet photographed, so not only are the paintings lost forever, but there are no images (except in my mind) of any of this work. I need to start all over again, and I've really been wanting to join a painting group so that I can get some inspiration. I studied at The Art Student's League for a few years, but right now I really can't afford classes.

When I saw that this book was available as a giveaway, I decided that I was going to enter and that if I win (which I did) I would make the most out of this book by getting back into painting and really trying to get my work out there, so winning this book really does mean a lot to me. I know I will find some great info in here, and I'm looking forward to receiving it and reading it!! Again, THANK YOU!!!!!

I won this in one of the GoodReads contests. So far, I am enjoying it, though apparently I will have to go back to get a few other books from the author first (at least "Art Marketing", and probably "Internet 101" for me personally as well) in order to get full use/enjoyment from this selection. The author was very upfront about that, though, as it is stated on the first page. I will note that it seems like it took a Long time to get here. I will post more later on this selection upon completion.
