این کتاب رو اتفاقی خوندم
یعنی همین جوری دنبال کتاب در مورد پرینس 2 میگفشتم بهش برخوردم
به کسانی که مدیریت پروژه علاقه دارند توسعه میکنم حتما بخونند حالا مهم نیست که چابک دارند کار میکنن یا همون پروژه قدیمی
برای کسانی که چابک کار میکنند به این دلیل خوبه که متوجه میشند که چه ویژگی مدیریت پروژه قدیمی داره و پروژه های که چابک باید اجرا بشند چه ویژگی هایی دارند
من قبلا از این کتاب راهنمای کاربری خود پریس 2 رو نصفه خوندم که به نظرم این رو بخونید خیلی بهتره تا خود راهنمای پرینس 2 رو

prince2: Having searched both internet and text books on this subject, I can definately say this is by far the best book to buy. It is different from the APMG's own Prince2 Manual giving tips, questions and senarios throught the book. It certainly helped me pass the exam this year!

Fantastic book - without any previous study, 1.5 days with this book (I didn't even read the last 3 chapters, do the Assessment Test, or any mock exams) and I passed the Foundation exam. Highly recommended.

Not much addition over the official guide, but it's always good to look at the subject from another point of view, reading this book after the official guide might help preserve more details in you head.

The good thing is that it has dozens of questions for both the foundation and the practitioner exam.

Very comprehensive review of the PRINCE2 solution. The test tips in each chapter were helpful. I used this to study for the practitioner exam. I think it would be more helpful for the Foundation.

PRINCE2 essentially stands for PRojects IN Corporate Environments. It is a great framework which provides the PM with great, practical tools, which can be added to the arsenal of PM principles. The best aspect of this book is price, which is considerably lower than the official manual, and having read the official manual this book doesn't leave anything out in terms of the material, it does however cut the fat and get straight to the core material of the PRINCE2 framework. another great feature of this book is that it has plenty of questions from both the foundation and the practitioner exams, which the official manual does not have. This is a plus if you are like me and bought this book to study to get certified.
