Come along on this inspirational story of Rachel Pawar, a young woman who left home at seventeen to follow Gods call for her liferight into the middle of a hostile Hindu environment. Caste Hope for Orphans from the Heart of India demonstrates that in a country where the caste system still denigrates and abandons those it feels are not worthy, there are still those with a heart for God welcoming children into their home and their hearts.

I was born at a very early age just north of Houston, Texas. My Texas roots go back to the Alamo, and my Irish roots date back to the late 1700s. I've been writing since I was about 12. Early influences, courtesy of my parents' home library, were Ray Bradbury, Louis L'Amour, Arthur C. Clark, Isaac Asimov, J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, and a variety of Harlequin paperbacks. I also read many of my mom's college literature books. I did all of this before junior high. Yeah. I was a book nerd. Still am. Somewhere along the way, I made the connection between the name on the book and the stories between the covers. THAT's what I want to do when I grow up. Forty some odd years later, and a mess of jobs, college classes, kids, and life in general, I've reached that goal. MY name is on the cover, and that story is one I've created. I still read voraciously and widely. Many genres, many authors, many styles. Current influences? C. S. Harris, Anne Perry, Nicky James, Adrianna Locke, Tom Clancy, Bernard Cornwell, and a host of others. I'm always looking for something new. Take a look at my books. Maybe you'll find something new to add to your library.
