There can be a fine line between concision and lack of adequate information. Unfortunately, this book was far to short to be useful as anything more than a reminder of knowledge gained elsewhere. None of it was wrong--the book just needed more words. Like, easily twice as many.
Concise book on the foundational basics of program management that any beginner could follow and improve upon their ability to successfully complete projects.
Have to agree with other critics that this book is far too basic. It's essentially a pamphlet using triple spacing and a large font size to pass as a book. The content isn't bad for a beginner, but for more detail you will most likely have to buy an additional book as a follow-up.
