This is good. Worth your time if you're interested in esoteric practices. Good clear instructions. Difficult to incorporate into your life however and requires long hours of practice and forethought. Possibly making your life way more complicated than it needs to be.
Very informative and in a constructive way. Comprehensive presentation even though a couple of points were kind of exteme.. It also opened new horizons for personal research..
Extraordinary. The text summarizes Swara Knowledge and its usage in day to day life through metaphors and an extremely simple presentation. Must read for seekers of Yoga.
Low rating not for the translation but for the content. Seems a lot of hocus-pocus. Unless the commentary needs to explain and in-depth meaning in detail.
Ttmhis is perhaps the best book that I have ever read on yoga and this is on a very different and difficult topic which is called Swara Yoga or sound yoga.
This book has been published by yoga publication trust connected to the Bihar School of yoga which is renowned the world over for the advanced and great work it is doing in the field of yoga.
Swami Muktibodhananda Saraswati was born in 1959 in Melbourne of Australia and she has been drawn to yoga Sadhana and ashram life since a very young age.
Under the guidance of her Guru, she has done research into ancient yogic texts, Swara yoga- tantrik science of brain breathing, and a commentary on the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and both are master pieces.
This book has nothing to do with religion and even those who are atheists will benefit greatly by reading this book under lining the keywords and passages and preparing notes on them and eventually leading them to practice this form of yoga for immense benefit in their lives.
This book is truly wonderful and filled with valuable knowledge to learn. After reading it, I find myself wishing for a guru to guide me in applying and practicing all that I've learned.
