Very detailed, although a little dated for what modern aromatherapy allows as far as clinical aromatherapy and pregnancy. This is a great book for someone wanting to learn more for their own pregnancy or even for midwives. While dated, it still holds useful and safe information. I would just recommend cross checking with current standards in aromatherapy to ensure the best up to date information.
