I thought this was a good book for students who may be hesitant to read because it is a simple read which is good for students who have trouble reading because they become encouraged to read after being able to finish a book. This was also a good book because it talks about how children like to read different types of books which is perfectly okay. The book also explores the different ways in which we read and how we are read to. It definitely can show children that reading can take many different forms and they are all just fine, as long as they are reading.

This is a very short little book about three friends. It could be used in developing early number sense in young children. The book talks about three friends and the type of books that each friend likes to read. It says that each friends takes turns reading to the other two friends. Each situation can be likened to a math problem such as 1+2=3, 2+1=3, 1+1+1=3, emphasizing to children that there are only three children, and the order of the children can be changed without affecting their total number and the same applies to numbers.

This book is a book for students who are just starting to read. It does not have many pages or words with a lot of syllables. I would have this in my kindergarten class or maybe the beginning of first grade for students who are struggling with reading. You can use these small books for guided reading to see how well the students are reading.

For kindergarten children, I would use this book in the classroom to illustrate to children the joy of reading. Children will realize reading is creative and imaginative.

This book is about how three students at school enjoy reading to themselves, to friends, and all together. Students would see that reading is fun. Also I liked that this book was short and sweet.
