Let's face it, I love just about anything from Graham Cooke. His wisdom and insight have taught me a lot about renewing my mind and attitudes in my own walk with Jesus. I can't say that I learned anything new per say in this book, except maybe a new way of explaining what happens internally during struggle and overcoming. I don't think I can learn enough about how to explain how the Spirit, Soul and Flesh all work in conjunction to one another. This was a great read for me just having come off of reading Watchman Nee's The Release of the Spirit.
