Not interested in the meat part - ew!!! But definitely the fruits and veg, beer/mead, and juice. Bread is always good. I love kefir and yogurt, but homemade creeps me out, as does homemade kraut gurgling away in my basement. Kombucha-ick!!! I fit this as a library book, and I think I'll buy it. The sections I would use are good, and I think I could can things without issue.
