Excellent book. Charles Boyer was truly one of the most underrated actors of the 1930s and 40s, and seemed like a consummate professional and a lovely person. His films, 'Love Affair' (1939) and 'History is Made At Night' (1937) are essential viewing for any fan of romantic cinema.

Excellent! Very well written and very well researched, this is the life of a most remarkable man of many accomplishments, including his 44 year marriage to the same woman.
