The "Strange But True Stories" is a series of books that is perfect for the struggling reader. Book 1 includes 27 short stories. Each story is 3-5 pages long. I'm sure kids will enjoy reading about the ghosts at Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Studios as well as the other creepy stories in this book.

A short story collection of nonfiction mysteries such as Roswell, The Bermuda Triangle, and America's Most Famous Ghost. If you like this one, check out the others in the series too (5 books).
