After reading this book, I needed a valium or a huge glass of wine! What an emotional roller coaster ride! All of the books in this series have a ton of action and tense moments, but I think this one had me more on edge than all of the others. In a lot of series, it seems like the more books there are, the less enjoyable the whole thing becomes. In these books, this is definitely not the case. In fact, each book seems to get even better than the ones before.
The characters in these books have become like friends or family to me and it's always enjoyable to become involved in their adventures again. And, of course, this makes it even more exciting when they are involved in life or death situations. Mike continues to be my hero, with his never ending capacity of fearlessness and strength. And, Wren, Robyn and Mila are still the amazing young women that seem to be able to face any fear and survive.
I truly appreciate the way that the author has portrayed the female characters in these books. You won't find any sniveling women waiting for a man to save them in this bunch! It is rare in this genre to find so many awesome women and girls as characters.
Once again, there are so many emotions in this book and get ready to find your box of tissues as you read and experience this story. There is also plenty of the trademark humor and good natured dialogue that I have come to love. You can feel the camraderie and familial love throughout the book and it really draws the reader into the story.
Plenty of zombie killing action is found (of course) and the addition of a few new (and old) villains round out the book. I especially enjoyed the Mad Monks and the reason behind their madness. The animal characters figure largely in this installment and I would love to be able to pet and love on all of them!
The narrator, Kim Bretton, is (once again) absolutely amazing and her voices add so much to this book! In fact, when I read one of the books in this series, it is her voices that I hear in my head. The combination of a great story, wonderful characters and great narration means that I have to have a full opening in my schedule when I start one of these books.

Audiobook: I enjoyed book 11 of the "Safe Haven" series. I had to set aside the hours that the audiobook would take to listen to it, as once the audiobook started, I couldn't stop until the end. The inhabitants of "Safe Haven" were forced out of their homes and became refugees. The new plan included a plan to travel to Glasgow, but the group had many obstacles to overcome to get there. I was amazed at the endless obstacles that the characters faced during this story. I've gotten so wrapped up in this series that I found myself worrying about what would happen to them. Kim Bretton's narration was outstanding. Her performance provided different voices for the various characters, and it engendered an emotional response. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

holy shiit…ake fries mushroom’s
Wow! I actually didn’t think i was going to survive finishing this book, i’ve laughed, i’ve cried and swore an awful lot (not like me at all).
Bloody hell Mike makes Rambo seem like a pussy cat. Right from the start of this book we are thrown into the deep end, few pages later heart attack number one happens, keep turning the pages and i’ve surely earned myself a stint on the cardiac unit. Absolutely incredible from start to finish and definitely not for the faint hearted. These books get better and better and Chris my friend you seriously need your head looking at, lol
brilliant series and a must read for any adrenaline junkies out there.

The author Christopher Artinian keeps with his penmanship creating the most beautiful and unbelievable continuation of this amazing series which keeps you up unable to sleep or take any breaks because of the feeling of a twist shuttering all your belief coming to surprise and blow your mind and all your thoughts go WOW.
Kim Bretton narration needs no introduction, she does an awesome job reading beautifully each and every one of the characters helping to turn perfection into audio.

Traveling by land, Robyn and Mila run into their worst frightening experience again, and with the help of others, save some new people they meet from that same nightmare. Later, in Glasgow, danger rears its ugly head again. Can Mike really save them all? Will our friends prevail once again, or is this truly the end of Safe Haven? By far, Christopher is one of my favorite Undead Authors.

I love everything about this series. The characters can make you laugh and cry all in the span of a few minutes. That is a testament to Artinians character building skills! I want to be part of this group but not in their universe. You couldn’t ask for a better friend than to find others who will look after you and care as much as they do. I think about these characters all the time.
Kicking ass and surviving is what they do but being close knit family and friends is why they fight so hard.
The girls are smart mouthed, witty and funny.
Mike is a one man army. His thirst for revenge keeps him going. There is nothing they can’t do.
Narration by Kim Bretton is phenomenal!

Brilliant page turning chaos
Amazing series that keeps u on the edge of your seat white knuckled. Laughing crying never knowing what the next page will being.

Found this author from reading the burning tree series another brilliant page turner.
Safe Havwn crosses over with The end of everything which again is just absolutely brilliant.

Hooked since day one
What and amazing writer.
2 weeks is what it took me to get through all the 11 books simply because I couldn't not know what was going to happen next.
I have laugh, cried, got mad, worried and scared.
Loved the story and the characters their struggles and their victories.
Got nightmares over it, thanks to my hyperactivity imagination and due to the fact the the zombie concept scares the day lights out of me, but it has been one of the best collection of books that I ever read. Can't wait for the next one

Just when you think you have read the best by Christopher he turns up with even better! I feel like I know the characters now, and the storyline just gets more exciting as the series goes on. Talk about emotional rollercoaster with this gem. Wish I could give more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ now to wait for the next one and cannot wait. Well done Christopher 🥰

Leave no animal behind, you've just got to love Mike.
Well this book certainly kept me up all night. I could not go to sleep until I knew what would happen. The banter between them all is hilarious and I love it. It was a very humorous and intense read. I wanted to get in the book and help them on that rooftop. Mr Artinian these books keep getting better.

An excellent book (and even better series)!
I've read every book, and enjoyed them all. It must be incredibly challenging to come up with more scenarios to keep the stories fresh. I have to admit, I like the fact that the author has not felt the need to kill off one of the "main" characters in the name of "realism" (I want to be entertained, not lose my "friends").

Wow!
Christopher Artinian is a master if the zompoc. This time, death is waiting not so patiently for the people of Safe Haven. Pawns of evil abound in this book as Mike,Emma and the rest face overwhelming odds.
I cannot recommend this series enough. I would give the entire series 100 starts if I could.

YEAH!
Yet another page turner, it took me maybe 7 pages then I was totally wrapped up in the world of safe haven again. I keep thinking this series is coming to a conclusion then you throw us a lifeline, I now see many more years I can immerse myself in this amazing fantasy world Christopher has created for us. Thank yoy.

twists and turns aplenty
It only took minutes to get back into the Safe Haven universe, and yet again I wasn’t disappointed by the plot and the ability of Mike and the others to work together for the good of their community. Can’t wait to see what happens next. Mikes vengeance is getting spread thinner the longer time goes by.

Another excellent book!
Action, a ghost from the past, feeling like your heart is being ripped out and then feeling joy! So many things can be said about this series of books and they keep getting better and better. Lots of twists and turns in this one and a lot of story left to be told. Great read!!

Another unforgettable instalment, that had me on the edge of my seat. this book had it all, drama suspense, love and heartbreak, it had me sobbing and laughing like a mad woman, and emotionally wrung out by the end, and I can't wait to do it all again! Kim's amazing narration gave so much life, depth and feeling. I just want to say more please!

Another masterpiece. I loved this book, the characters making new friends, old characters returning, and the continuation of trying to keep everyone safe through endless, selfless acts. The fight never ends, but the bond between the characters never breaks. The story of this very scary apocalypse is gripping. I highly recommend this book.

What a ride ! Hard to say in words how great this book was. From the first few pages I was transported into another world, experiencing fear, anger, sadness, tears and joy. This series is still going strong and I'm glad I'm on this ride. Brilliant Mr Artinian.

Favourite series out of the saga, where each new book manages to outdo the last

Really love this series
The only thing I disliked about this book was that it ended.
Love the safe haven community comroradary of looking after everyone , animals and all.
Some good tense moments again throughout this chapter.

Still Going Strong
This story just keeps elevating. I'm surprised there were no losses with everything that's happening. There was back to back action and when you think k its over, its not. I got emotional near the end. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series.
