Perhaps the best-described "Mistress with well-equipped classroom teaches sluts to be obedient" novel I have had the opportunity to read. Wendy is unapologetic and knows exactly what she wants. Those who want her attention have three choices - submit, suffer and then submit, or leave. No endless naval-gazing, no internal turmoil, no intellectual capture-the-flag over pinot grigio (not that those things don't have their place), just strict discipline. And...given the acceptance by Brenda of her role after a shocking slip-up, a happy ending.
