I think my husband got this sometime while he was doing contract technology services for the school system. The book is a quick easy read and the tips can be applied to many other areas besides schools.

I stumbled across this again recently, left behind on a dusty shelf by a long-ago predecessor. I read it for the first time years ago in library school, and I was struck in re-reading it how timeless Johnson's advice is. I marked a number of pages to share with my teachers and colleagues.
