This was an excellent and much needed review of my Hirigana. I found that I still have some of the same problems with similar characters.

I love that the author provides the different formats for the Hirigana as I have difficulty with that. I also like how there is no 'back' of the book for the answers and are given right after each lesson.

I also now have a whole host of new and some old but still need to practice vocabulary. I'm hoping I can copy the pages of the 'practice' sections so that I can practice many, many times. :)

This workbook made learning all the hiragana simple, fun, and most importantly, effective! What more could you ask?

I finished Japanese from Zero 1 before consolidating Hiragana with this book. If I would have used it alone, I am not sure what I would have thought. Nonetheless, it is a good consolidation book - and I suspect that it is all you need in order to learn Hiragana well. Lots of words can be learned by the end and like the textbook, it is reader friendly.
