Love, kindness, respect, trust, compassion, empathy, and many more traits that humans possess, however, sometimes don't put to good use.

Put religious beliefs aside, This book reminds readers of all these traits and gives examples of how to practice them selflessly.

Many parts might not resonate with a non-Catholic / Christian or religious person, as they are very descriptive in the spiritual sense. However, there are many beautiful reminders in the book on simply love, kindness, respect and trust.
