Mark and I clearly had a tough time packing all our love for this fabulously inspiring and entertaining book into a coherent chat, so I definitely can’t pack it into one sentence.

How about this?

If you are a parent or a teacher or a writer or a child, if you’ve had the gift of an extraordinary educator, if you’ve ever felt small, if you’re prepared to have your heart swell with hope or you’d just enjoy a good laugh, get your hands on a copy of this unpredictable, heart-warming super-hero tale — and then rise to its challenges to live life, exercise your strengths and recognize greatness in yourself and others.

This is a book that all boys and girls should read. It is inspirational while in a fun light hearted way. It tells us that we can be anything we want but we need to LIVE! Each of us have our own superpower, we just have to realize it and focus on it to perfect it.

I love the illustrations in this book. The beautiful way it depicts a teacher encouraging and giving a child confidence. It is sure to be a joy to read by anyone who picks it up.

Love-love-LOVE the concept, and what a wonderful teacher Mr. Clark is! Every child should have a Mr. Clark in his or her life.
