I really wanted to love this one. The concept is genuinely clever and the way the book is designed like an IKEA catalogue is inspired. The first half had me hooked, eerie, playful, and genuinely fun to read.
Then it tipped into silliness. Once it did, it lost its edge for me and I found myself reading on because I wanted it finished. What started as sharp and inventive became over the top, and I stopped feeling any real tension.
It is a great idea with a strong start, but it did not come together for me in the end.

Overall, I didn’t mind this book, and the gimmick of it, looking like an IKEA catalogue was quite original, the story had a grip that kind of made you keep reading, but also lost a type of connection. Overall, I wouldn’t not recommend a book, but reading this after my best friend exorcism is to see the authors progression .
Loved the unique concept; brilliant! The catalogue layout of the book really immersed me in “ORSK” and the dark humour had me chuckling. The plot itself was basic and the characters were lacklustre. For originality and a fantastic book design? 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
