Useful for new managers

The first few principles are similar to the 21 success habits of self-made millionaires.
Don't be fooled, afterwards it becomes extremely actionable and specific!

Covers how to focus & prioritise, how to delegate effectively, how to measure customer satisfaction (meets expectations, exceeds, delights, amazes), how to brainstorm, alleviate bottlenecks, re-examine actions and refocus.

Then urges you to pick one area and focus until you master it! Then move to the next.

Here are the 21 ways, so that you can evaluate yourselves:

Far too superficial. I only pulled one or two things from this. Most of the book is recycled and re-packaged concepts.

Per the Brian Tracy standard, this program is easy to understand and actionable. The first way is my favorite and I would argue the most effective.

This is a good overall list. It would be good to have on hand but you need to have a deeper understanding of how to implement all these things.

whilst having a spring clean of the office....i must say its not bad book (having said that i listened to the audio version passively) and it was a cool bitesize reminders of good management and leadership principles that can help you beyond just business and organisations

not his best work..but a great author nevertheless

Quick read. Acceptable. (I used the Audible book). Not amazing. Better as a reminder to do things that you might forget or de-emphansize from time to time than to discover actually new content.
