The Australian Women's Weekly, sometimes known as simply The Weekly, is an Australian monthly women's magazine and cookbook publisher. Since 1970, AWW has sold over 70 million books in over 100 countries around the world.
Even though this is quite a small book, I would say there is a recipe for any occasion in here, in fact there are 70! Contained within its beautifully photographed pages are some old favourites, plus lots of new ideas too. Some of the recipes only take 10 minutes to make but look like you’ve spent a lot longer on them! I like the fact that there are a fair number of light and fruity desserts, for when you don’t want too many calories, along with the richer ones. The chocolate self-saucing pudding immediately caught my eye, so I tried it out and it was absolutely yummy and enjoyed by all the family. There are plenty more ideas I am going to try in here too. Aside from the great recipes there is also a useful conversion chart and a glossary of ingredients. Another fabulous book from the Australian Women’s Weekly. I would recommend!
