This book was a bit of a life saver, it's easier to follow with helpful hints, tips and techniques at the beginning of the book including what to do if things go wrong and how to fix it if and when it does. All the recipes and decoration techniques are explained well with good supporting photos to show how it's done. Deacon even provides alternatives to and variations of the designs included allowing you to adapt the techniques/designs to whatever occasion your baking for. Overall a very good and extremely helpful book for anyone wishing to have a go at producing some fabulous party cakes.
