The Star of Deep Beginnings represents perhaps the most abitious work yet by Charles S. Finch III. The title, derived from a Dogon name for Sirius B. reflects the cosmic nature of African science.

I did not want this book to end. I restarted it twice over the course of a year. It is so so interesting. It was like watching a really good documentary or a great episode of the Twilight Zone, but this book Leads you out of the twilight. It has historical reality from every subject area of study known to man- it’s all-encompassing in that way. This book could be said to be of a metaphysical nature as it is a delve into the first principles of things. I will explore and dig deeper and deeper into this research. This is what I wanted to be taught in public schools as a youth. I used to ask my teachers, “how will today’s lesson help me later on in life.” The answers went over and under. Many of my peers asked the same thing. What we were learning wasn’t as practical as we wanted it to be. No fault of the teachers, more so of the system governing education. This info brings a level of awareness that is supreme.
“The reader is free to accept them as meaningful or not according to his or her disposition.”
👏🏾 As the world 🌍 turns. I am so grateful for this information that has been indelibly impressed upon me. I will carry it around with me forever. Thanks Charles Finch!
