Leading Without Litigation

Rate this book
This publication considers a set of facts related to a situation that seems to be quite common today. Susan presents the facts not so much to determine whether the main character, Dave Ross, had reason to bring legal action against his employer but to consider whether had Dave's situation been handled more humanely, a different result would have been possible, one that would have been in the best interests of the employee as well as the employer. The question at hand is whether the pressures of today's global business environment still leave room for effective business decisions and for organizations to live up to the words in our mission statements as to how the employees, our human talent, should be treated. See what you think.
