Very well-structured/written book for those who are looking for a serious advice on designing a training program for road running race.
The book is completely not for beginners, but rather for experienced runners who have already started running for a while, and/or have already raced 10k/HM/M.
Not so much details on science of running, but what you will in the book is the outcome from the research and experiments that Daniels have done in the past.
