I grabbed this off the shelf at work because I was bored without enough to do, but I wasn't expecting something quite so outdated (thanks work for not updating the Project Management Office books since 2000)... While the core information was still correct, the cultural references that make the "for dummies" books relatable were laughably outdated. That and the Project 1998 information was no longer exactly relevant to the version I'm using.
Some of the most obvious and amusing examples of dated references: "Yesterday you may have just been another nerd cranking out Y2K COBOL code..." "other budgetary items the team requires to accomplish the project (pizza Jolt Cola, and so on)" The example resource names -- Bill, Hilary, Monica, Kenneth; Austin Felicity, Dr. Evil, Mini-Me; Dilbert "You don't, after all, want to minimize Austin's power to contribute to the project - no way, baby."
