A Heartstopper Horror #2

Brad Simpson & The Ghostly Field

Rate this book
Talented eleven-year-old actor, Brad Simpson, has just finished making movies with some of the most famous actors in the world, but he's more than ready to settle down with a steady role on "The Pioneers," an exciting new TV show. He and his young castmates are having a great time together. Brad even gets the chance to play baseball, his favorite game, against the cast of another show. From day one, however, Brad senses something seriously amiss on the set of "Pioneers"--terrifying visions, threatening ghosts, an accident that nearly costs the entire cast their lives. The director is forced to shut down filming while the kids recuperate, and it begins to look as if the show isn't even going to make it to the small screen--unless Brad and his scared but determined "Pioneers" castmates team up to play a game of baseball against the Los Angeles Pioneers, a ghostly, doomed baseball team made up of failed actors from the late 19th century. They need an ingenious solution--and Brad is confident he can satisfy both teams and keep their show in production. Will Brad and his castmates solve the mystery of the ghostly field and successfully banish the ghosts from their set?

Brad Simpson & The Ghostly Field is a wonderfully haunted kids book with a mixture of modern Hollywood and old time baseball.
