I love this book. Mr. Forrest describes all the various aspects that go into wine making. Each page has beautiful photos. The print paper is pleasing. The author is very knowledgeable with a gentle and pleasant sense of humor. Through the read, I have learned much about how wines are made, varieties, flavore of wines, what wines go with which foods, as well as people, agriculture, landscapes, geography, and many countries around the world.
