In book 1 of 4 of the Pretty Kings series, we are introduced to the wives of the Kennedy Kings: Bambi, Scarlett, Denim and Race. The drama comes in hot and heavy early on when a phone call goes completely wrong. You learn a lot about the Kennedy wives sordid past’s, and all they had to do to keep their families together. These kings were not only pretty, but deadly.
I feel like book one’s focus is really more about Bambi, but you learn a little about each of them along the way.
That dang Aunt Bunny chile… like sis 🤦🏾‍♀️.
And Cloud… bye sir 🙄.
This was a good quick read with a fast paced story line, and characters that drew you right in. You won’t be disappointed. Be sure to grab all four books!!! You’ll want to know what happens next❤️. If you know anything about Author T. Styles, she gonna make you feel like you sitting right in the room with the action.

T. Styles definitely did not disappoint with this story. I really enjoyed this book and she definitely knows how to keep us readers entertained and wanting more.

Before readers decide on reading any of her books they must have an open mind and get ready for a wild ride, and I do mean WILD. . This time we are introduced to four women who are all wives of high profile men who make their money illegally. Something terrible happens and that's when this story gets GOOD. I felt like I was one of the wives at times, the story was so intense.

All of the characters were colorful and very interesting. Just when you think you have this story figured out you are thrown a twist and then a turn! I loved it!

There a few editing issues but trust me it does not take away from this story! On to part 2..

Yes I was feeling this story a little predictable at times but loved it anyway. These ladies needs to stay their game up before everything passes them by. Will these brothers reappear to lend a helping hand or are they truly gone. With the talents that each of these ladies possess there is something to behold. So hang on ladies and gents let's see what Ms. Styles allow us to gravitate to in part 2. Great read!

Greatness

This book was so intriguing. It kept me engrossed from the first page. I loved all of the characters. Their storylines were perfect for each one. I liked the sisterhood between them. Banbury was my favorite because she was so tough. I highly recommend this book.

My Kinda book

I couldn't wait to start my journey with these ladies as they made an appearance in the last series I read Pitbulls In a Skirt. I could tell by the way the introduction was made that this series would have to be my next read and boy let me tell you, I'm so happy with my choice. Part one of this series had my full attention from page one. Part two is definitely calling my name.

I had been waiting on "Pretty Kings" by T.Styles ever since I heard about its release. Needless to say she did not disappoint. Without giving too much of the story line away, I will say that each one of these characters have a story to tell and you're definitely going to have to be paying attention! "Pretty Kings" was fast paced from beginning to end. You found yourself empathizing for the characters and rooting for them even when some crazy ish begins to happen. There were a few grammatical errors and times where the story became quite predictable but all in all it was a good book. Definitely not your normal urban fiction read. Can't wait to see what happens in part two!

I tend to rate urban fiction with a very open mind. As long as the story is somewhat plausible and there aren't errors on every page I'm a happy reader. So with this book my expectations weren't that high, I just wanted some fluff to read after finishing a long and boring book. That being said, I thought this book was great. Not just urban fiction great, but great overall. Very few errors, and a fun story line. There were also deeper seeded issues (child abuse, PTSD, incest) that for the most part were addressed in a completely realistic fashion. In fact that only thing that would permanently park this book in the urban fiction section are the characters names (Denim, Race, Scarelett) and some of the language used.

I don't know if I should have certain expectations when reading Urban Fiction? Authors like K'wan set a very high standard. But, at any rate despite random grammatical/spelling errors... Pretty Kings is entertaining. It had more twists and turns than a usual book. If you can get through the beginning, it gets more interesting. Four friends, (that call themselves "sisters" because they married into the same family-Even though they might not have all seemed so close.) are put to the test when their husbands are killed in a shooting. They all live together. They are all battling different demons. The cliffhanger leaves you wanting to see what happens next. A good read for someone who wants a quick read.

This book was very good, I am sorry that it has taken me this long to actually pick it back up and read it. That damn Bambi is straight crazy, Denim is straight undercover but is not to be "F'd" with, Scarlett is a danger to her ownself and Race is just not sure. There's a new damn sheriff in town and it certainly ain't no man! these ladies prove themselves time and time again. This is definitely a must read. maybe even twice, in case you've missed something. I'm on to the next to see what ole Scarlett is is up to! Well Done Ms. T! but I expected nothing less than the perfection that you always give.

This book took me on a roller coaster ride. I never knew what would happen next. Every Kennedy in this book had major issues, even the wives. Bambi is the toughest and the leader of the Kennedy wives, but she is also one of the most damaged. Scarlett is the white and has dirty secrets of her own. While Denim and Race have suffered in their lives as well. When their men are suddenly taken from them and they are left alone and penniless, Bambi decides that she is going to complete her husband's order and get the money they deserve. Can't wait for part two!

I simply loved this book! The story line was great and I didn't want to put it down. I loved how Bambi, Denim, Race and Scarlett stepped up, tried to take charge to keep food on the table due to the death of the Kennedy brothers. The author displayed each sister's character to where I thought I knew them personally. Bambi was indeed my favorite of the four young ladies. Bambi and Denim appeared to be the stronger of the sisters. You must read this book and the twist at the end will leave you with your mouth hanging wide open!

PRETTY KINGS did not disappoint -- it was a brilliant storyline. Each character had their own dramatic individual story that was mind-boggling yet intriguing and somehow was intertwined and was simply astonishing to read; it held my attention from the beginning to the end! I am actually in high anticipation of reading the second installment ... T. Styles, you have done it again! You have proven to be the best in the industry ... Thank you for another GREAT read!

Meet Bambi, Race, Denim and Scarlett...better known as The Pretty Kings. These four women are morning the loss of their husbands and have to find a way to fend for themselves, as well as take care of unfinished business. Each woman is harboring a secret that relates to their past.
This book was awesome and proves yet again, why T. Styles is in a class by herself. I definitely recommend this book and series to someone looking for a good read. Can't wait to crack open part 2.

Pretty Swag

This book was really good took a minute to get into but good. Bambi, Race, Scarlet, and Denim. Are married to the Kennedy kings when tragedy strikes, they have to step up to the plate before all shell breaks loose. On the way secrets are spilled and enemies come at them from all sides but if they just trust each other they will not only survive but thrive.
