This book performed an invaluable service: it persuaded me that MS Publisher was not the right software for my intended purpose.

Having said that, Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 For Dummies was my first exposure to the "dummy" and "idiot" focused technical literature. As befit its title, the text was accessible, if too much tough in cheek for my taste, and arranged logically for reference as well as reading.
