A good overview of how teams can collaborate for technical writing. It was compiled in 2010, and by now, a great deal of things have changed. Since then google docs usage has been rampant across organizations and collaborative features on MS word have set new benchmarks. I would like to understand if this set of tools has any advantage in today's world. If anybody has any comments, please share.

I hand this out to new employees.
There's nothing in it that is new or even best in class, but it's got a lot of useful things in one place.
It covers technical writing, project management, and using Microsoft Word.
It gets novices started, and gets average users to work together.
