my 'big cook book' in German. It helps a lot coz it has many basic recipes, even Nasi Goreng...you can also find there.

Yep, I only need one cookbook in my shelf and that's the one. It's the solid foundation of each kitchen and I will judge you deeply if you (as a swiss-based person) don't have a copy in your home :)
