Rate this book
Mag and Clara Balefire are back and on the case.

In the quaint town of Harmony, chaos is always just a wrinkle away. Welcome to the uproarious world of Mag and Clara Balefire, where life is anything but serene, and trouble seems to follow the sisters wherever they go.

Things take a sinister turn when a dead body turns up at the prestigious Harmony Country Club. While Mag’s busy sorting out the case, Clara discovers that the secrets of eternal youth might be hidden within the club's crystal-clear pool.

With more than just chlorine in the water, Clara finds herself entangled in a cunning scheme to turn back time and restore her sister’s youth. But in her quest to reclaim Mag’s true age, she'll have to face the infamous troublemaker, Hagatha Crow, a meddlesome force determined to unleash chaos on the town.

While Clara works on the spell she hopes will save her sister’s life, Mag tries to track down a killer. One thing is for sure – in Harmony, life is never dull, and laughter is the best cosmetic.

Magic can be good, bad, or results unknown.

Mag and Clara find more than water exercises at the country club pool. Mag finds she feels better after being in the water so she sneaks back after closing time only to find a murder victim and that wasn't what she was there for. So Mag and Clara once again are caught up in trying to solve another murder. This book is incredible on so many different levels it kept me up night after night reading. I certainly hope there will be more books in this series to come. This entire series so far had me reading book one to five as each one just kept getting better and better. Hope anyone who reads this series enjoys it as much as I did.

This is the one we've waited to read - now just watch!

At least here's hoping there's more! This is book 5 in the Balefire Sisters series after all. Many authors would quit right here. Not Regina and Erin though right? Please? This book is the one that could set us up for some serious witch bad thing stomping adventures to come. No giving anything away here but the series has always had one major distinction between the two witch sisters. What may you expect when any disparity is removed?

Have at it Regina Welling and Erin Lynn! We're waiting.....

I enjoy books that have a high mix of normals and paranormals. The paras use their skills but have to avoid being found out.

A murder happens and then another. The suspect is a friend of Mags and Carla. Can they solve it?
