"Y'all gon' pay the price like nobody ever has." As her mother lay dying in her arms, Keisha vows to herself to seek revenge on those responsible for the brutal, senseless robbery that ended in her loved one's murder. Follow Keisha as she discovers that Clarence, the man she wanted to dedicate her life to, is responsible for the murders. The one and only goal of her revenge is to make him suffer like she is suffering. Murdering Clarence and his partner or sending them to jail just isn't good enough. As Keisha devises her plan for the most vicious payback, she meets resistance from DC's most successful and ruthless homicide detective, "The Pinstriped Bitch," who pressures Keisha to give up the evidence against Clarence. As Keisha's thirst for vengeance escalates, she meets Jezebel, a high-priced call girl who teaches Keisha the art of seduction and makes her a brand new woman, helping her get the sweetest revenge possible. HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED.
I loved this book because when you first read it, your going to be shocked about what happened in her life and why she wants to seek revenge on her boyfriend or the dude she has a relationship with. I was distacted when she does these weird thing to try to kill the dude she loves like its unbeleiveable what she did to kill him and still try to love him at the same time.
Keisha is about this girl who is in love with this intelligent boy who has a best friend that is ruthless and brings him to his level by killing Keisha`s mother after robbing her house of her father`s fortune. but after keisha finds out that her boyfriend is the killer she seeks revenge and finds Jezebel who teach Keisha her ways and in the end Payback a Bitch.
But what I think of this book is that its good but I wouldnt have done what Keisha did as revenge because he only killed her on reaction and he also saved her life. Also Jezebel had her own intentions that they mentioned a little bit but it was to get Keisha in "The Clit" and she just recruited her by being her only ally. I guess Keisha fell for it.
i liked this book because it shows first hand how you can love but also hate someone at the same time. i dont understand why the author would have keisha get revenge when the police are trying to get her boyfriend already. i felt heart broken when keisha's parents both died because if it happened to me i wouldnt know what i would do with myself or how i would deal with the situation. the main charcter is stupid because she is trying to get her revenge but little does she know he can kill her just like he killed her parents
triple crown will take anyone from "the hood" with a hood story. Nothing against the author this is more about the publishers. their editing team sucks bc most of the books dont have strong plot lines, have a thousand grammatical errors and contradictions, or lack creativity and individualism bc its already been done before.
This book was a decent read (one of the best from 3 crowns (not sure if thats a compliment). But thats really all i can say is that it was decent. Nothing to join a book club and talk about. But i definitely liked the plot.
Picture your mother dying in your arms and her last words were that your childhood sweetheart killed her. Keisha is looking for a way to get revenge on him without the police getting involved. She wants him to suffer for killing her mother. Keisha doesn't know that Clarence didn't really mean to kill her but she started shooting at him first.

This was a good book. I've never read anything like this before. It had a good plot to it and the characters were very good. I loved the main character Keisha; she was funny.
its a great book that keeps this moving in a crazy paces. but moves as if your in the book as well like one of the characters just watching evverything
Omg you have to read this book, I was simply hooked and captivated from the first page Keisha and Jezebel are two bad b*****s A mix between a women scorned and when a women's fed up...
