I still consider Cambridge textbooks one of the best on the market for learning English. Rarely did I find a textbook to help me improve all my language skills. I also appreciated the fact that I got to learn a myriad of new vocabulary, idioms and phrasal verb. If I were to give me honest opinion, I would say that Cambridge Publishing should be the safest bet when it comes to learning English on the long term.
