Ann has also enjoyed careers as a children’s book editor and an advertising copywriter. An avid traveler, she has toured Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia. Born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she now lives in Chicago. She enjoys biking, kayaking, and flying kites.

First thing’s first, this is not what the cover of my Welcome to the U.S.A.: Florida book looks like, but it was neat how the author tried to make it sound more exciting rather than a typical book about travel facts. The pages were far too busy, though, and it ended very abruptly: “So how far can you spit a seed? Warning: Don’t try it in the house!” … This was the ending.
