The recipes look like they’ll be tasty. My biggest grievance is most recipes call for sugar or stevia even the veggie and meat recipes. Jesus would be using honey to sweeten things. We also don’t need to be adding sweeteners to our veggies. I also disagree with using soy and skim milk that the author recommends. Raw milk, and whole Greek yogurt are less processed and better for your health than low fat.
