From Best-selling Contemporary Western Fiction author comes a new angsty, heartbreaking, women’s fiction romance series. For the past two years, my world has consisted of one pertinent After. After my husband died. After his funeral. After I found out the man I loved had an affair. After I found out he had a son. After his restaurant closed. After the apartment we shared sold. After I met someone else. Then the ultimate nail in my coffin… After Ever. ” Was it really the nail in my coffin, or just the beginning of a new story? I’d like to think anything is possible, even the impossible. Why should our lives be directed by a few defining moments unless it’s to make us see the things we couldn’t before—like what we thought love was.
Armed with books in the crook of my elbow, I can go anywhere. That’s my philosophy! Better yet, I’ll write the books that will take me on an adventure.
My heroes are a bit broken but will make you swoon. My heroines are their own kick-ass characters armed with humor and a plethora of sarcasm.
If I’m not tucked away in my writing den, with coffee firmly gripped in hand, you can find me with a book propped on my pillow, a pit bull lying across my legs, a Lab on the floor next to me, and two kittens running amuck.
My current adventure has me living in Idaho with my own gray-bearded hero, who’s put up with my shenanigans for over thirty years, and he doesn’t mind all my book boyfriends. If you love romance, suspense, military men, lots of action and adventure infused with emotion, tear-worthy moments, and laugh-out-loud humor, dive into my books and let the world fall away at your feet. For honest review . wow fantastic when the one that you thought was your world dies and you find out that what was reality is not what you thought. then another comes into your life you find that he is your ever after this is how noa Sutton feels for ever christianson this is their story its beautiful, romantic, scary ,brave , heart breaking ,joyful, family, friendships, love and so much more .
This is the 2nd book in a duet. I love Noa and Ever! My heart was broken at the end of Never Ever. Ever’s family is horrible, and Ever has to do horrible things, while waiting and hoping for a way out. Noa has started a new with her sister in Essex, their restaurant is about to open, and they have a house together. We also got a new character in this book, and that is Ricco, assistant manager of the restaurant. Ever tried to stay away from Noa but wanted to be at the restaurant opening. Noa knows it is Ever even in disguise, and the story takes off from there. These two go through so much and risk so much to try and make a safer world, one where they can be together. It was not an easy road, but in the end, Noa and Ever will find the HEA. I want to thank Kelly for sending me this book to read and review! This duet is romantic, has some spice, scary moments, touching moments and more!
First I want to thank Kelly Moore for only making us wait a week to get the conclusion instead of months or even years. I absolutely loved this book and I would give it more than five stars if I could. When Never Ever ended, Noa and Ever went their separate ways even though they loved each other. I won’t leave any spoilers for this book, but I will say I loved the surprises that were revealed. You may want to have tissues near because some of the things we learn are heartbreaking. This book captured my attention and kept it the entire book. I just love this author’s books and I’ll be reading more from her in the future. Do yourself a favor and grab your copy to see what happens.
Noa and Ever, a wonderful ending! Noa has left Ever and has never been more miserable. She is determined to move on but not doing a very good job of it. Ever isn't much better off but wants desperately to get away from his despicable father and brother. Victor is a big problem as well since he is so suspicious of everything Ever is doing. Lots of information comes out about Ever's childhood. Lots of suspense, quite a page-turner. Characters are so well written, either really bad, or just trying to do the best they can with a untenable situation. Wonderful duet and I would highly recommend all of Ms Moore's work. Great books!
5 STARS for Never Ever After by Kelly Moore This is Book 2 Damaged Hero
If this isn’t a book about love conquering all I don’t know what is ! The depth of emotion Noa and Ever have for each other as they face one challenge after another makes this a top read for me !
Never Ever After has :
Awesome main characters and secondary characters I love Luca
Some great plot twists
Plenty of chemistry
Happily Ever After
What Noa writes in her blog about “afters & second chances “ anyone that has a beating heart can certainly relate to !
I received a copy of Never Ever After from the author and this is my honest review!
Just when the reader thinks that the romance between Noa and Ever is over, love conquers all. But that does not mean that these two get an easy road to a HEA. With every turn of the page, Kelly Moore takes her readers on a wild ride filled with lies, deception, hatred, loathe and lets not forget romance and true connections. This was just as spectacular as the first book in the series, which will make this a must read as far as I am concerned!!
This book is definitely a page turner. I couldn’t wait for this to come out to find out what was going to happen with Noa and Ever. There were so many twist and turns that you just couldn’t put the book down. You needed to see what was going to happen.
I adored this duet. Ever and Noa's story was beautifully written. She was able to see the good in him despite his unlawful deeds. Her unconditional love never wavered. Noa wanted to save him from his evil family even if it meant walking away. Ever endured unspeakable torture but never gave up his humanity and goodness. This duet should be rated higher than five stars.
I love these two. I didn’t know how or when but I knew these two had to find there way back to one another. The way Kelly had things play out couldn’t have been more perfect. How her creative mind works amazes me. It is a must read! Over and over again.
Final installment of Ever and Noa’s story. Kelly writes another winning page turning romantic suspense and boy she has you on the edge of your seat. So enjoyed this 2 part series!
Such a good ending to wonderful serie. Noa, Ever and Luca is the best. Sofia and Ricco was a good match. Maybe we get to know them a little bit more another time.
I was so excited to get this book to find out what happens to Ever and Noa. When I read one of Ms. Moore’s book, I get so engrossed in the book and time just flies. I am so torn between what is going to happen next and not wanting the book to end. The love that Noa and Ever had was so strong, they were both heartbroken that Noa had to move away, and Ever had to pretend he wanted to work with his father and brother. You could feel the love Ever had for Noa as he was doing everything he could to turn his family in so they would leave Noa alone. You will cry when you hear all the torture Ever went through when he was young by his father’s hand. You have to read this book as there are going to be some surprises you will not expect! This is such an exciting book you will not want to put down. I was given a copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
Noa came back to New York a year after her husband was murdered. The restaurant he owes needs some help and she is going to figure it out. When the man at the bar catches her eye, even warned against him she felt that connection. Ever is not someone she should be around but the pull they have is hard to deny.
This is a duet, that focuses both on Noa and Evers story. I enjoyed the plot of this, i think Noas past and mysterious plot of what happened to her husband kept me totally invested. Ever was typical playboy mafia man who just wanted to be good. Overall good duet.
O.k., this is not for the light-hearted because it's so incredibly action-packed, but Kelly Moore's follow-up to Ever and Noa's story is simply amazing! I won't go into details about how book #1 ended, but I will be honest, I wasn't sure how things were going to go when I started this one.
The first book left no question about Ever and Noa's love for one another, however, his family business, the history with her husband, and a whole variety of things left book #1 with a feeling of "maybe/hopefully they will work it out." Goodness gracious, I didn't fully prepare myself for book #2!
I've always praised Kelly Moore's efforts and accomplishments when it comes to romantic suspense, but this book is next-level and not for the light-hearted. There is so much that happens, and I struggle to find the words to summarize, but at the end of the day, it's a story of a man longing for justice, closure, and hope for a peaceful future.
In Never Ever, I enjoyed Moore's signature character development, but in this second book is where it really shined. Both Noa and Ever transformed into the future selves that they hoped to be not the battered souls that they were when they first met. These two characters lept off of the page and took their futures into their own hands, displaying character strengths and traits that were sort of evident in book 1, but shown like a fireworks display in book 2.
Without giving spoilers, all the bad guys show up in this book and the common theme is resounding in its message that Noa and Ever only want the other to be o.k., to be safe, and to be free to live the life they choose whether separate or apart. The action is almost stressful at times because so much is going on, but at the end of the day, Moore has written yet another love story that overcomes any obstacles, regardless of the price that must be paid.
I have truly loved this duet about Noa and Ever and most of all, I have absolutely adored seeing Kelly Moore go back to her roots with romantic suspense. She Does it better than anyone else I have read and it is pure joy.
