Cobre um conjunto de testemunhos alargados, da área policial, militar e de bombeiros, demonstrando a importância que a tomada de decisão adequada e a gestão de pessoas pode ter quando as coisas correm menos bem. Para quem tiver interesse por este tipo de assunto, este livro é uma leitura mais do que obrigatória!
