I always enjoy anything Louis Carter has to say about the leadership and change. You can see the content is based on actual experience and a good thought process.

A good book to learn change management & organization development. The cases are not always from well-known companies, but that makes this book quite "down-to-earth". However, consider to apply the practices as the book focuses on western management practices.
